PayPal is a service (see Wall Street Journal 2/16) by which online merchants can separate you from your money without having to hassle with getting a Visa Merchant Account. You can make payments using your credit card or automatic bank draft and send (or "beam") money via e-mail. It's safe, secure, private and easy!
